Permian Basin partners with the Southern Regional Education Board's Electronic Campus and Texas Distance Education of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) electronic "marketplace" making UTPB's online quality instruction available to students throughout Texas and other states.

You can shop for programs and courses in this electronic marketplace and be confident each college and university has pledged to follow standards from the Principles of Good Practice. Distance Learning Complaint Process for UTPB's Out-of-State Student

UT Permian Basin encourages you to resolve issues or complaints by using the University Complaint Form or the student grievance process. However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint about UT Permian Basin with your state of residence or the University’s accrediting organization.
