ADDS, DROPS & WITHDRAWALS
 
Drop or Dropping is defined as dropping one or more courses while remaining enrolled in other courses. A 100% refund is given for those hours dropped during late registration. There will be NO REFUND for dropped courses after September 10, 2008.
 
FALL 2009 DROP REFUND SCHEDULE
 
Prior to August 25                        100%
August 25 thru September 9          100%
September 10 – December 12                   NONE
 
You are considered dropping a course only if you are still enrolled in at least one course after you drop. 
 
WITHDRAWAL
A Withdrawal is defined as dropping ALL courses. Drops and withdrawals become effective the date the written request, with all required signatures, is received by the Registrar's Office. The following schedule will apply for withdrawal refunds:
 
Fall 2009 Withdrawal Refund Schedule
 
  August 24th  thru  August  28th     80%
August 31st  thru  Sept. 4th          70%
Sept.8 thru Sept 14th                     50%
Sept. 15th thru Sept. 21st             25%
Sept. 22nd and after                    None
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
*Students withdrawing before the first class day will receive a 100% refund minus a $15 matriculation fee and the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include a $25 computer-processing fee, a $10 advising fee, and an orientation fee (if charged). The $11 medical services fee is non-refundable if the withdrawal occurs after the 12th class day.
