1. How do I request a transcript?
Ans : You may come by our office and fill out a transcript request form, or you may fax or mail us the request.

If you fax or mail us a request please include the following information:
Your Name
Your Student Identification number (if known)
The number of transcripts you are requesting
To whom the transcripts are to be released
The address to which you want the transcripts sent
Your method of payment, i.e. credit card number and type of card and expiration date, if by mail, you may enclose a check.
The cost is $7 per transcript.
A phone number where we can reach you
Your signature which authorizes the release of your student transcript
You may want to check with our office to see if you have any holds which prevent the release of your transcript. To check on your hold status call (432) 552-2635.

Ans : Fill out a Graduation Application, located in the Office of the Registrar. After payment has been made, turn the Graduation Application in to the Office of the Registrar. 5. How do I register?
Ans:
New student not yet admitted to the University must first be admitted to the University through the Office of Admissions before they may registered.
For more information refer to Office of Admissions.
Returning students and newly admitted students will receive an invitation in the mail to come to Gym Registration. Newly admitted students may also register at Orientation. Returning students may also register during early registration through the departmental offices or during open registration through the Office of the Registrar.

Returning students who have not attended in over one year
Returning students who have not attended in over one year must first be re- admitted to the University through the Office of Admissions before they may registered.

6. How do I add or drop a class?
Ans: Ans: Fill out an add form or a drop form, located in the Office of the Registrar, and have it signed by the instructor for the course you are adding or dropping. Take the signed form to the Office of the Registrar to be processed and to obtain your new class schedule. A $5.00 charge will be charge for each add or drop transaction. 7. How do I withdraw from the University?
Ans: Fill out a withdrawal form and sign the form, located in the Office of the Registrar. Take the form to the indicated offices on campus to confirm there are no outstanding holds on your record. Then return the form to the Office of the Registrar to be processed. For more information contact the Office of the Registrar at (432) 552-2635.
