Graduation Information

Summer 2013 Graduation Information 

Please make plans for Summer 2013 Commencement Ceremonies to be held on Friday August 9.  

More informaiton will be posted regarding the ceremony and regalia as it becomes available. 

Please make every effort to meet with application deadline to ensure you are listed as a candidate for graduation for this semester .  The application deadline is July 5, 2013. 

 

Undergraduate student :

Undergraduate Graduation Packet Please note that applying to graduate does not automatically award a student the degree. Please continue working with your academic advisor to officially verify that you have met with all requirements of the degree.

1. Download the Undergraduate Graduation Packet from the link above and fill out the application. 

2. Take application to Financial Services Office, MB 1221 to pay the $25 fee.  Online students can pay the fee by providing credit card information to Financial Services by fax 432-552-2707 or telephone 432-552-2706.

3. Return application to the Registrar’s Office at MB 1231 and take a copy to your academic advisor.  Online students can provide the application to the Registrar's Office through email at registrar@utpb.edu or fax 432-552-3635.  Online students can provide the copy of the application to academic advisor via email.
