Rules, Regulations and Criteria
Students cannot receive transcripts or grade reports if their records have been placed on hold for any reason. Students can check their status by calling the Office of Accounting (432-552-2706) or the Office of the Registrar (432-552-2635).

Applications are available from the following offices: Office of the Registrar and Office of Accounting or print the page below.
Once the student has furnished all required information on the application, it MUST be delivered to the Office of Accounting for processing. Address to which the application can be mailed is located at the bottom of this page. Fax requests are accepted. The Office of Accounting will then forward the application to the Office of the Registrar for processing, printing and mailing of the transcript. The Office of Accounting and Office of the Registrar REQUIRE 24 hours for processing all applications once it has been received.
